I'm having a word with my mate who likes the look of yours and has been amazed by mine, seen it on tdisport too, looks good, i'll keep asking him!

If he offers £6500 cash is it a yes??

People rarely want cars that have been modded. Especially the engine, as its an indication that its been thrashed, and basically we are steriotyped as "boyracers"

maybe not sure as 6500 is a bit low. i payed 7.600 3months ago from seat dealer, and i can prove it.

but send me a pm if he wants a look.

thanks mate

You will need to ask yourself, is it "priced to sell" ?
£6800 might still be a tad expensive for a 2003 Mk4 Ibiza.

For example, try http://www.parkers.co.uk to get an idea on the going rate for your car. Sold Private/Dealer/Trade etc for comparison.

Mileage is very low, which is a plus! Can't see the pics, as images are blocked at work!

Look at other Ibiza's for sale, same age, Mk4's. See how much they are selling for also, to see if your asking price is realistic.

All the best with your sale.

thanks for that mate, the garage im getin my van from told me to put the car upfore £6995 he said it will sell easy at that as its a very nice motor.
he said he would sell it for £7400 but hes got a garage!

i think £6800 is a good price but i will take offers close, its a very nice car!

i would no way sell it if i wasnt going to start the business,if all goes well
il buy one again in a few years :)

A lot of buyers would be put off because it's lowered and I'd be put off paying almost £7k for it privately to be honest.

But you don't have the option of offering them finance, or taking their trade in. Dealers take the hassle out of buying a car for most people.

In 2005, I Autotrader'd and eBay'd my silver 03 130 Sport with 22k on it for £7500, and noone came to look at it. I had to sell it to a dealer for £7250. That car was standard when I put it up for sale. You're never going to get £6800 for the same age car 2 years later.

maybe i wont get 6800 then.they said they would give me £6300 partex for the van. think i might just do that to be fair as i need my van asap...

Is the lowered suspension SEAT, or aftermarket?

ATEOTD if someone comes along looking for a low mileage SEAT Ibiza MK4, low mileage, styled in the way that you have yours, they would be more than happy with your asking price.

For example, I bought a Renault 5 GT Turbo, owned it for a good 3 years, clocked up almost 100K miles, and sold it at just about the same price i bought it for (in the higher price bracket for these cars) - again, down to someone out there wanting THAT car, and liked the way that I had styled/modified it! ...even the father was impressed when he collected it :p ....hmmm, how i miss that ride now!

must agree, it might be a little to highly priced!
when i bought mine in february it had 35k on the clock and that was priced at the top end of the bracket at £6k!

what engine mods have you done to achieve 160bhp?
