If you want an oval its supersprint or blueflame really that do the best as far as i have read
Milltek do not do an oval for the LC just the LCR
I have a blueflame and its louder than probably i would like it to be, I hear that the supersprint isnt too loud.
If you're hapy to go OEM i'd go milltek. Well tested, good performance and not too loud just a nicer sound

on another note, i'm 99% sure i'm going with a Milltek, i spoke to the custom exhaust place today and their cat back systems are a tenner shy of a Milltek one so i think i'll play safe.
Next stop, bargain hunting
right, a little update on this, i'm now seriously desperate for an exhaust, all i can hear is the back box banging on the rear axle, it sounds like a right shed. anyway i can't get a Milltek fitted anywhere near me until a few days short of August, so, i've decided to be a test dummy for you all and i'm getting one fitted at the custom place i've mentioned, they have a great reputation, i've been there before and had good experiences, they are doing me a cat back 2.5" system with any tail pipe for £280 fitted. here is the website for you to look at clicky here!!

I've got a resonated turbo back Jetex on mine with the squared oval tip....love it. It's not much louder than standard but has a great noise under load, and when it's hot it sounds amazing!!!!
