will not start after strip down

Bare with me as I bought a project car that was half complete, after installing the parts as I thought correct I cant get it to fire
Cant hear the fuel pump kick in like my other car, not sure if this is normal
have some conectors that are not connected and extra ones as the radiator isnt on yet


Any suggestions

connectors that you haven't connected may be to the ignition ?

or even immobiliser ?

shes turning over but not firing, could it be the immobiliser then?

immobiliser usually alows it to fire up then cut out

just how much of an unfinished project is it?
