Got the chance to get some Team Dynamic pro race 1.2's but just want to check these will definetly fit says they are 7.0JX17h2, 4X100ET38-45 will they fit?

Anyone know if they will fit brembo's under too?

Yep. You'll be fine mate.

Same fitment as mine and my AP Racing 4 pots fit under.

Yeah they should fit. I've got 17" pro race 1's et35 and they fit over my brembos with loads of room left.
