I don’t think its fair that ppl pick on edmong1981, or be pedantic, I do feel that sometimes people who work as community support officers and maybe people like VOSA allow their jobs to go to their heads, (please don’t be offended) However I’m more than confident that he knows what he’s talking about, the guy isn’t saying he don’t break the law he is just advising people on how not to get done, I’m sure he goes 90 in a 70 and maybe has HID’s etc.. However just like most of us here he’s just giving advice.

No we cant issue points for speeding, no cameras. We're on the road to firstly look at HGV's and PSV's but do also look at the smaller stuff. Was it a Galaxy all sign written up as VOSA and battenburg?
Rumour has it that we will be able to issue fixed penalty notices for defects on vehicles in the new year but that prob wont happen for a bit longer.
Oh and yes I have got HIDS

This ones also bizarre: It is illegal to be drunk in a pub or club, or any other licensed premises.
With the price of ale these days i'm supprise anyone can afford to get rat arsed any more.
