Windscreen Questions

Hi, been out to my car this morning and found a 8inch long crack running down from the top of windscreen and then 6 inchs over to the left I've got no idea what caused it!?

Getting the windscreen replaced tomorrow morning, however just need to know a couple things:

1) Is there any tint on the windscreen?
2) is there a rain sensor
3) is it heated.

I'm fairly certain the answer to all those questions is no as i haven't noticed a tint, the wipers i have to put on and i clear it using the a/c

It's a 2001 Leon Cupra petrol with AUQ engine code.

Any help greatly appreciated

All windows are tinted, only 80's cars came with clear glass.
But no to the other two

but there is no sunstrip graduation or anything as standard.

Dunno about sun strips but all cars have an amount of tinting to cut UV damage to cars interior

my cupra has a rain sensor..
surely only you could know the answer to that question!
