Wing mirrors don’t sit properly on car.

Today I noticed my Wing mirrors don’t sit identical to one another. Is this normal? I’ve attached photos.

It looks like the passenger one is incorrectly fitted.

They are not symmetrical due to near-side and off-side mirror angles relative to the driver.

RHD and LHD cars will be opposite to each other in terms of the mirror angles.

Ok. So they are positioned how they should be positioned?
