Wipers

When I bought the car the wipers were poo so bought some new bosch ones from Halfords and these are no better - they still squeek and smear.

Any suggestions?

there's a thread about some cheap (low cost) Aero wipers, about £25 a set i think, have a look mate.

Think it was in the leon section.

ive got them and work inconjunction with rainx from halfrauds!! fantastic improvement!

I've found that cleaning all the grease and dirt off the windscreen first normally helps.

When I first used them a day or two after thoroughly washing the car they don't work properly then.
I'll get a set of the bosch aero ones I think.
