Finally got my flip key sorted!

Was really easy as well, hardest bit was getting the pin out. The transponder was just help in with a little white rubber thing so just took that out and it came straight out. Piece of piss!

I also de-badged the rear on monday, however I stupidly put a massive scratch in one place So I am thinking I may put the TDI badges back on to cover it..... Or get a sticker, but I don't really like stickers....

Go to your local B&Q and you can get 3M adhesive strips, you will need a sharp scalpel or stanley knife to cut around!!

I think I paid about £6 but there is plenty to do a lot or re-sticking!! If you want to hold off I will bring some down to the 01/04 meet!!

On the other hand, may want the decal back on!!

No probs ... I sprayed my "CUPRA" rear badges black and stuck it on with that and stuck for 10 months of owning, and the jets the had wash garage use would take them straight off if it was not good ... Survived no problems!!

Fraid not sunshine, I live in Manchester at the moment. Going back to the parents in Leeds every couple of weekends though

Haven't posted an update in tiiiiiime.

Gave the car a quick wash this weekend, using a kit I got from groupon. Results were ok, not as good as previous stuff I've used but I didn't spend much time on it so maybe that is why.

Fitted my roof rack again also as I'm going biking again next weekend, so picked up the rack whilst I was back at my parents house.

Here's a cheeky little pic

Plans for next few weeks are to get my coilovers raised, more so at the back rather than front. And also replace a bush (can't remem er which right now, but one is fubared).
