Xenon Lights - Who's had problems?

I also have AFS malfunction, it's going to dealers next week.

OMG - I am rapidly losing my patience with this situation - The dealer still haven't got a straight answer out of the warranty people so I am still without functioning headlights...

Oh for a car that works

Sure enough guys, my motor control unit is knackered. Dealer has ordered replacement under warranty.

Also discovered Wiper washer motor failure ... - Weird !

Well, I went to the dealer today and they failed completely to fix it.

They replaced the motor control unit, yet the AFS still failed to move left or right...they even tried to convince me that it was working when it clearly wasn't !

They also failed to even order a new washer fluid motor, even though they knew it wasn't working, saying they would have to order one and I would have to go back a third time, even though I am a 45 minute drive away.

Customer service ? Abysmal !

Dealer was J T Hughes, Oswestry... I won't be going back...

Sorry to hear that mate - My dealer in Newbury was excellent SEAT customer services are shite - The only one member that was of any use was a guy called James (I think !)

Ask for him mate and he will sort you out...
