Hello all. I have not posted any pictures of my car since signing up so I thought I would share with you, what I drive.

Mine is the Ovni Yellow LCR you see here. It is a 2003 Facelift model with VAG's 210bhp AMK engine. It is my new pride & joy which still happens to have on 20,000 miles on the clock. I say new but I have had it since February.

After developing car cleaning OCD with my last car, I have treated this one no different & I'm proud to say that it is still in show room condition. So far there have been no modifications although I have taken time to re-lacquer my Brembo calipers (thanks to a handy guide on here) but I plan to add a few bits here and there but nothing that will alter the car's performance or looks by too much.

Anyway, the other car pictured is my friend Tim's (Timmbo71, a much more active user on here than myself) 2005 LCR 225 with a few extra bits and bobs added. I believe these are: Upgraded front brake discs & pads, air filter, polished original LCR wheels, debadged boot & tinted glass but correct me if I am wrong or there are more Tim.

Enjoy the pictures & comments welcome. (Pictures by Tim)

Thanks. As far as plans go for mine, there will be either a Forge or BMC air intake, an iPod compatible head unit to replace that sexy tape player of mine (although I do have a 6 disc changer in the glove box) & a refurb of the wheels.

I am considering a REVO remap still at this stage, although I need to do some research on how it will affect the car (0-60, mpg, bhp, torque) at some stage, lowering the ride height and upgrading the dump valve maybe, although Tim's OEM dump valve seems to be quite noticable after fitting a Piper X air filter.

As for Tim's, I think it's staying as it is for a bit but I am hoping he'll eventually discover this thread and tell you all :D.

are you worried about affecting the economy much? talking to people who have standard cupras, i'm getting roughly the same mileage, so doesn't seem to affect the mpg too much :) just so you know

Nice Looking beasts!

Get them lowered and get a detail done on them and watch how they turn MORE heads!!
