I would try the ECS valve. Every car seems to react differently to different valves, but most work really well with the race valve. We fit them Cupras as well as Golfs, TT's etc.
How much are the race valves?

Has anyone had any experience with the "H" version as i've read elswhere that provides the biggest gains and its also the same as the ECS race valve ?

i tried it yesterday for a laugh, put a J on, basically the Race valve as they are the same, and i get 3-4more psi, and no extra power, if anything, i loose power.

did a full reset again with the F and its pulling harder with 20psi! :) With the J the turbo seems to get 24psi, holds then u can hear it wind back to 20psi , in this time with the F valve, it would be staying at 20 for a bleeding logn time, 5k mine strarts to tail off slowly to 16psi @ redline

Just a bit of info for peeps who are thinkign of getting a J, not really worth it :)

I've had my car on a RR with the J and also the C, with no other changes. And the graphs show the difference quite easily.

This shows the N75J

This shows the N75C

Both made around 152-154 at the wheels peak, so minimal difference there. But look the shape of the curves.

The J bhp line is straight, and the J lbft is flat.

The F bhp line has a big dip low down, and the so does the F lbft line.

You can actually feel this when driving. Exactly what PhilW said, the C/F is flat.

those two cant be compared :) look at the intake temps on the C one, 6oC against 13, and oil temp shows engine was cold and the J one was hot.

Nice to reference though :)

ive got a comparison chart i ran one day on a rr, consecutively with ecu resets, there is perhaps 5bhp tops and wasnt noticeable anyway, ill post it up when i get home, stick to standard unless your mapping is modified for it.

They didnt stick the oil temp stick in on the C run, thats why the temp is so low.

Intake temps arent hugely different. Not as if one was freezing and the other was roasting. Both were cool.

Similar result from both though eh, roughly same bhp and lb/ft, just the shape of the curves is different. And isnt that what the N75 variations is all about? :)

yeah just changes your power delivery, i like the J, but i only use dit when i had probs to tide me over, am happy with an F now!

Finally sorted boost controller out too! so ive got 6psi to 20 with a quick turn of the knob :)

aahhhh. ure guide woz correct, i look at cu51pra's wiribng, wired it up like for like, went to jabba to be finally mapped, and mike said "thats got water damage lol!"

so i replaced some bits inside and cleaned it up, and hey presto, no more limp mode! i must have got it wet somewhere!

Ok , learning now ! Thanks for you advice so far everyone ! ;)

I'm currently running revo stg1 on a KO3 but i will be upping to a KO3S and revo stg2 in the next couple of months , so , which would be best for my current set-up and would i need to change it for my turbo and revo upgrade ?

revo software uses standard nj75 I wouldnt bother changing it, im stage 2'd and still using standard f valve, changing it actually lost power at one stage!
