N75 variations ?

ive just fitted an n75k, apparently similar to the H valve. Can't say i notice much difference to the C i replaced.

i read a post somewhere, quite sure it was on a search i did here, and the person said it was similar to the H valve.

ok the link above says its the same as a J, but im sure i read somewhere that its a revised version of the older H.
