Will a Leon Cupra R back box fit an 03 Leon Cupra??

i asked the same thing at my seat dealer a couple of weeks ago .they said it can be done using a reducer but the box will exit at a slightly dirrerent angle.the bore on the cupra r is 10mm bigger than the cupra.
why do they do that?lol

Instead of looking for a back box. Consider a tailpipe. You can pick up ones similiar to the LCR one for approximately £30. Excluding being fitted on, i.e. welded.

Sorry to re-open this thread but whats the answer to the opening question? could i fit a cupra R back box to a Sport so that i can fit a cupra R bumper? or is their anyother way?

The answer to the question is posted above! No, it's can't be done without modification to the exhaust as the two systems are laid out differently and are a different size pipe.

So im not gettin it'? some say yes it will fit the system but wont fit the bumper, and others say no it wont fit the system?? any one know for sure? (no disrespect rob sorry if this offends) :$
