Ibiza 1.4 DAB

My girlfriend ordered an Ibiza 1.4 DAB yesterday.

They had two on site; a red one in the showroom and a black demonstrator.

The one my girlfriend ordered is yellow but it looks a different shade to that of the Ibiza and Leon Cupra.

Any idea what the new yellow is called?

Also, are there any common faults with this car that I should know about?

As an Alfa Romeo driver, I'm all to aware of common faults.

think the old ones were onvi yellow and the new are chrono yellow think thats what its called

just check she ordered the updated DAB, the the one with 6 speakers instead of 4 and the red stitching on the seats, there are other differances but if you have those two things you'll have the latest one. haven't heard of any specific DAB faults apart from the 4 speaker thing. any other fault you may find would be generic to all beeza's so try searching in the MK4 section or in the new MK4 common faults section,

I'm not sure how many speakers it's got but it's definitely got red stiching on the seats in a 'quilted' type pattern.

yeah should be allright then, but i'd still make sure mate. if you have a quick searchy on here you find loads of threads about the DAB's (the ibiza ICE model )being launched with 4 speakers when standard beezas have six, but the latest revised DAB has the whole cobbudle

Dont worry there are no old dabs left in the system if she has ordered a new one it will be a new Dab all the old ones have been registered
