how wide can i go?

been looking for some new rims, as these 16v rims arent doing it for me - looking to make it look a bit more special and unique.

Seen some 8" porsche rims , and some wide ATS CUPS :

will i have issues running these? ie: catching the arches?

they ATS cups were on a lupo and they caught the arches, but ive been told they may not be so bad because the mk2's arches are flared.

Any help is appreciated, euro slag loyals

i have 7.5 on the front and 9j on the rear - i have a few issues but my car is slammed as wel - its stil driveable

You should piss 9"s with the correct offset. All this talk of wideness makes me want to keep mine and actually fit some decent wheels

they are of lupo fitment so 4x100 et 32 iirc.

will stick out a bit further, will spigot rings help bring it back to et38?

also, a heads up - IF i do get some new wheels - a nice set of refurbished 16v ronals will be going up for sale , you luck beggers!

i dont think u can reduce the et of wheels, the ones that i have bought are et 30, but i've had to buy spacers, 25mm ones that will make the offset 5, and the wheels are 15x8, dunno what they'll look like when they're on and the motor is slammed

Spigots will help the wheels centre, means that it'll sit correctly on the axle.

Tiny birds are always the best, Tend to break the rollers to.... Single aswell if i remember rightly. But watch out she`ll have a new set of wheels out of you before you get what you want!
