na i dont have any sound clips would get you 1 now but the exhaust has started blowing at the downpipe so it sounds raspy and horroble at the mo cant get the car up to jbs till gti festival!

no problem bud.... i'm thinking downpipe sports cat, or de cat i'm not sure yet probably go de-cat but i'm not sure how it will sound on the mway 80ish. I don't want a exhaust that is going to drone in the car on a long run! been there before!

mine aint that bad sounds normalat 70ish with a deepish burble then when i bury the accelerator and the turbo spools up it sounds gorgeous!

i can get the lamba sensor mapped out so think id best get saving for a turbo back de cat system!!!

Used new U exhaust clamps at the weekend due to the exhaust was blowing at the dp to centre section and also at the centre section to back box, but now she feels less noisy (obviously) and better performance too. Also finally chopped off that stupid bracket that knocks against the exhaust system, but left some of the bracket on the brake lines so that I could re-weld the lines back to its original position.

i rewelded mine further forward towardthe front of the car so i could completly get rid of the whole braket! MUCHO BETTER my exhaust downpipe joint im is alot harder to get to than urs as its 3" and its customso the joint is surrounded by sterring rack subframe arb ect ect and is no space to get to the 3 bolts and 3 nuts! its going in for the 15th at jbs for a new gasket ect then it will sound like it did FCUKING NICE!

how much difference does it really make?

is a non-res usable as a daily driver?

had a powerflow exhaust on a previous car (biggest waste of money!),
took it off after 36 hours (sold it on ebay) ,
it was insanely loud, vibrations made me feel sick!

non res sounded bloody ace loved it, now taken it off as selling and the standard sound is so bland! resobated give more of a throaty sound and you can here the nice turbo sounds better i think

i was worried non resonated would be loud and boomy but its not its only loud when giving it the beans! and boy does it sound good, i miis it already more than the 91bhp ive now lost!
