can i fit a vent to atmosphere dump valve on 150 04 tdi

No because of the MAF sensor, it won't see the air which is entering via the valve

The twin piston ones are fine, closed at idle. TBH though i'm not up on dump valves for tdi's and can honestly say i have never fitted one!

It's very expensive and everyone will laugh at you.

It doesn't need one. It serves no purpose.

it serves as much purpose as clear side repeaters . bee sting aerials, and wiper conversions.....it really is a personal preference ...some like it some dont
