apparently its nasty and can cause cancer iirc. buy a mars bar instead..
after using the grease it took a week to run at its best... gradual improvment..
so dont give up on it the following day.
ive no idea why that is but the tdi lot say similar...... must be magic
Cool, thanks! Having read that might wash my hands again! (although did hold the plugs in a cloth as I squirted them) Passed Maplins on way home so got some Silicon Grease blah stuff that is a Dilectric grease - I'm impatitent!!
The link was really useful giving the connections a good squirt at point blank range so will see what happens!
Interesting when I was poking about with engine cover off I noticed something that looked like oil around injectors 2 & 3 - didn't smell like petrol and was quite thick. I've cleaned it off so will see if it reoccurs over the week.
