Some of you may have been aware that I pranged the Cordoba in December when I ran into the back of a transit's tow bar causing a fair bit of damage - requiring a new bumper, wing, gril, headlight and a new front panel and a little bit of straightening to the chassis leg - was ever so lucky that the alloy radiator wasnt harmed in anyway which would of been disasterous!

Touring car style repair:D, fortunetly RPM have ther own spraybooth and was able to spray and fit the new panels whilst it was in for Mapping.

Abandoned the idea of having cooling holes in the number plate recess as this was causing the engine to run too cool - I had previously experimented with the previous bumper by tanktaping up the holes and was surprised what effect it had!

One of the bushes on the wishbones was flapping about like crazy so fitted polybushes, big thanks to Roly for lending me a set of wishbones!

Whilst the bodywork was receiving attention the lid of the airbox was smoothed and blown over in Magic Black to match

Need to have a rethink with the fixings that hold down the lid as they have a tendence to vibrate loose - they're glued in with mastic sealent fo now but need to think of somthing better.
