Custom intercooler piping

Im having problems with the standard intercooler piping poping off just before the inlet manifold, Can anyone reccommend somewhere in the northwest that can make something a bit stronger than standard? Ive already got forge piping for the intercooler but im not sure if they can make a one off custom bit quickly

Ive currently got a dubliee clip holding the standard clip on, is this going to be reliable til its fixed properly?

I have THESE fitted to my car. Boost peaks at about 2.5 bar and no problems so far.

i had this problem with the same pipe took it back to seat to find the wrong pipe was fitted now its been changed its fine.

Are those clamps used to secure the standard pipe work? The problem I have is the standard spring clips aren't strong enough

Has anyone got details of the top part of the intercooler piping i.e the bit after the intercooler? Diagrams, drawings, bore sizes? Forge need them so they can decide whether or not they can make it.

Have you looked at their FR intercooler to TB pipe you can have a look at mine to see if it would fit yours, as it doesn't fit my cupra.

Know yours doen't have a TB but could be the same size diameter.

Whats your engine code?

ETKA doesn't do sizes of pipes therefore you'll have to measure then yourself.

How do you find the engine code? I'll put up some pics later of which pipes I need, I could do with some where that can make pipes whilst you wait!!

I think the first one is the correct one, Who suppliers them? It looks like it replaces the EGR valve (green) However the 2nd one in the link has a bend at the end which doesnt seem to be on the standard pipes

Thats exactly what I need mate but also the bit nearer the intercooler which seems to have been changed on yours!

Thats part of the forge set up wich goes with the seat sport fmic. I like the look of the all in one alloy pipe but who supplies it?

Heres my engine bay - Ibiza Cupra TDI. It has a metal pipe then it goes to Rubber. I'd be interested in purchasing this too.

why do you have a metal pipe? instead of plastic one?

I've been quoted £120 for 2 90 degree bends (silicone piping) and metal piping for the middle part. Same as Diss 50 but silicone bends on each side.
Is this expensive?

Because it's a Cupra PD160 has a metal pipe

thanks for the picture. We would need something a little more detaied: pipe dia. , o/all length. We may not be able to produce this. We are limited to the elbows diameters we are supplied. Also involves welding/plishing - might be expensive!
