All right all
I am looking for an aerial for my Leon. I want it to look standard but shorter, Like a bee sting Ariel but not the metal. I have been told that the Honda s 2000 aerial will screw strait in, Any ideas?????

Theres probably like 15 million threads on this post. Yeah the honda aerial is a good idea, but tbh most aerials are similar or you can adapt to fit a car anyway.

All I'd say is don't bother with cr@p off eBay... If you actually listen to your radio you will notice a drop in the signal quality if the replacement aerial does not have the aditional sticky out blob - you'll know what I mean if you unscrew the existing one.

Some people also encounter the aerial feeling stuck once unscrewed - just hold the base and give it a firm tug.

I got a £6 S2000 replica off ebay and have noticed no difference tbh.

Tbh buddy I'm still at stock with my aerial... The thing says it fits the Cupra so I'd have to guess it does... Maybe allan can advise as this could be the reason he went replica

I went replica because I wasn't paying the £22+ for a genuine Honda one when there is virtually no difference. I live in a major city though, so reception is good anyway.

LOL well maybe I exaggerated a little bit

I'm tempted to get one these, but I also quite like the look of the standard big one
