:( Thats what i read from manual. I have seen cars go through with green lights. Maby tester i use is nicer :)
A 'matched pair' is a pair of lamps which Both emit light of substantially the same colour and intensity, and Are both the same size and shape, so that they are symmetrical to one another.

It does however also say yellow or white further on in manual i was wrong :)

how much are the FK ones?

I've got my MOT coming up, and have 6k headlights. I'm sure the colour will be ok, its whether or not he can check they're level that I think it might be interesting on.

hate to sound nooby, but what HID's are closest to white, or aren't any? I don't want Yellow lights, but equally I don't want a blueish/purplish tint to my head lights, what would be best? probably missed a thread about this in search, but ta for the help.

4300k closest to white.

gonna be brighter over standard at least for sure though always thought 4/6 would be best for my old eyes

some guy round here same 15k or something looks like purple quality street wrappers from a distance

what's the blue like under yellow street lights etc fade much or still crisp ?

10K are not any brighter! The higher the Kelvin temp of the light, the further it goes into blue. Because the beam is so blue, the other parts of the spectrum being dissipated so you actually have less light!. Seen this done when i worked in lighting. The actual Lumen output of 10k HID is a lot less than 6K HIDs. You will also cause a lot more glare so get other drivers flashing you.

Ok ok, I just couldn't figure why the top one was £160 and the bottom £190. The top pic seems to illustrate a hole in the High beam part for a 501 sidelight bulb so I am guessing if you wanted to connect the angel eyes, you wire them into the sidelight wiring and have both the bulb and angel eyes?

Yes looks like an additional sidelight bulb, so you can choose between the two or have both.
Search a thread by kineticz as he has fk angel eyes and as pics.

Thanks, i'll have a look at home, all websites at work theatbe deemed as 'fun' are banned (haven't caught onto SCN though :D). Going by the pics, I think i'll take the £160 option as it has the sidelight bulb option there. I just plan to fit some white LED 501's along with either 4500/6000k HIDs.
