fair point but if you get one with all those features then it'll start looking a lil expensive plus can be a pain to fit
plus you've got to make sure its compatable with your alarm as some wont lock and arm while engines on.
oh and if fitted incorrectly the fan wont turn on while the turbo timer is active leading to engine overheating
Something maybe to look into, but maybe a bit of careful driving will go along way![]()
well said mate
you'll find the engine the LCR uses is super reliable without being moddified
so although the turbos will fail eventually a turbo timer wont really lenghten its life enough to be benificial
yes mate, i know the engine is used in a host of cars with most having afew different parts here and there.
The LCR uses the K03s doesn't it? how does that make it different from the K03?
Abit of a daft question really but what kinda milage do you think you could get out of a LCR? say its been pretty much looked after but obv had some hard timesi would of thought it would be getting tired at 120/130,000?
Thanks for that guys,
Yeh, i have seen one or two for sale over 100, but again all depends on history and type of previous owners.
I doubt i would do over 10,000 a year, probably more like 5 as i just don't need a car unless i'm going out and about for pleasure.. why do i even want/need a LCR?![]()
because they look the dogs bollocks lol
do about 6k miles a year myself with my ibiza cupra
if you can afford it buy what ever car makes you feel Wow every time you sit in it!
