will a mk3 exhaust fit a mk2? 1.8t to a 16ver

Hey guys i think this is one of my first posts was just wondering if anyone knows if a mk3 1.8t exhaust will fit on my mk2 abf?

I am pretty sure the down pipe is the same, but will the cat cut out enough emissions
to get me through my mot?

Well Ive managed to fit one on my 1.4. Running bigger diameter pipe all the way through and it passed the emissions test no problem.

Dont worry it does go on no problem. Cant get the system at TPS for alot cheaper than the dealer. Backbox £140 at TPS compared to £236 at the dealers
