ive just found a decent looking set of leathers from a mk4 golf for sale, he's asking £300 which seems very good, however they were fitted into a mk3 golf so would mk3 base still fit straight into my leon??

Should be easy enough IF you have mk4 subframes handy - not sure the Leon has removable subframes on the standard seats - they're part of the seat base.
Platinum grey - not an LCR ... but it does have the black interior trim done

It's a good job they're nice and supportive once they're in ..... nearly put my back out fitting them!

Apologies for dredging up an old thread. No point starting a new one. Was wanting to change the std FR mk1 seats but I'm really OCD about seat height
I like it as low as possible so what ive read about the recaros sitting higher is not what I want to hear.
Anyone know if the R32 seats sit higher? I assume they do.
The S3 recaros are a bit different from the mk4 an LCR but again I assume they sit higher? This narrows my decision to either std leather or LCR non recaros.
Any input is welcomed
