I never used the rear windows on my 07 plate Cupra. Then it took me a year to even notice the ones on my current car didn't open!Here's a blurry iPhone pic of my paintwork
sorry to see that i bet you notice that everytime you get your car aswell. i dont understand how that would happen.

Mine is getting sprayed this week. Mine is exactly the same as Kriso's, if not a little worse but on both sides, and on the rear quater panel next to where it is going on the door.
I really think you should try your dealers again, if not try another place. Paint on a 4 year old car should not flake off.
If I picked at mine, im sure I could pick all the paint off the doors.
Pity I didnt get a picture of mine, for a before and after, plus I have a little bubble of rust on the drivers side.

I got this too.
Just noticed it today in fact.
I was hoping for a full respray by the dealer, the paint on mine has faded big time on the back tailgate and bumper.
I'm going to take mine to the dealer over the next week or two for a look.
Have we got a firm answer as to whether it's 3 yrs or 6? mines an oct 2004 car.

I only got the doors done... They've done a really good job painting them in emicon (sp) (metallic) black!!!
Going to have to phone them Monday with my angry head on.

The Cupra's are a flat black... They have painted the doors metallic black.
I have no idea why... our cars only came in like 4 colours!

Fair enough, all thought they were all metallic. Here's a close-up of my old one:
