TBH, I was quoting a well known pro and what i've herad him tell his customers! (mention no names). In all honesty, I always wondered how it would through an EML light up? After all, I had a boost leak other day and had no EML show. Boost leak is the same as "loss of pressure" as this pro tells his customers....

In all honesty, I think he just tells them that so they buy the 007p

Amen :duck:

If you can follow simple instructions this is easy to fit and set up...valve works ...simple

wouldn't go as far as using the word simple, but you are right. It works a treat, just need to put a little bit more effort in it than say the 007. But then again its not at all the same type of valve...

If you want a filter just get a big Jetex cone filter from there site. Just make sure its got a 70mm inlet.

People who have had those ones you link to moved them anyway as they were sucking in water down in the wing

right thanks ill get that.

so this 1 wont go in the wing just sit where the airbox usually is?

what pipe work will i need mate?

will this make the dv louder yeh?

and finally this will be better than the standard 1 also?

thanks

ive had loads of fookin about with mine but i think now its finally right

With what a split-r...

my turbosmart one has been running fine with no problems

but since i relocated it and set it up again had a slight drop of the revs to about 500 a couple of times so going to close it another 1/4 turn should sort it out...

right thanks ill get that.

if your just going to connect it to the maf then yes it will replace the airbox...

you wont need any pipework unless you plan to put a 45 deg bend on it to take it closer to the wing...

should get more sound from it yes...

and yes its better than standard...

so it should fit ok?

what bend should i get?i take it silicon not metal?want to kinda tart the bay up anyway lol

hi everyone

well looking at dump valves and the main choices ive found if the forge 007 and split-r

the split-t looks best to me
id like more sound and its good its adjustable so if i do want full recirculating i can blank one of the ports off so itll litrally just be a 007

so can you guys tell me if there all that bad.loads of people made comments about them and not to go for them

will it put my dash light on etc?

whats wrong with it really?

ive already searched and found a few things too but want more info as theres far too much to look through

thanks alot:D

Try a 007P valve with a open cone filter + a remap if funds allow ;)

Or Split R with remap

nah staying standardish for the first part of the year i think lol

so the cupra's maf is 70mm?so will i need a straight metal coupling to fit from cone to 45 degree bent?cos there both female end?if that makes sense?

ill have a search but if anyone has a link to how people have fitted the filters thatd be great thanks
