After fitting gearbox, running problems :o(

Recently fitted a gearbox to my 2001 ibiza cupra, the car was running fine before, but now it runs like s*"t and wont even drive, anyone know what might be the cause?

pipes off, wires not connected. could be many things

It starts fine, but as its ticking over its hunting. Then when you rev it it sounds like its only runnin on 3 cylinders, kinda hit and misses (

is it not a 3cylinder car anyway??? or is that just in the 2003 models they start in 3cylinders

have you completely read that wrong?

it says it sounds like its running on 3 cyclinders.


maybe coil pack gone. or dodgy maf. try unplugging them. i know you havent removed them whilst doing the gear box but you never know with these cars
