I did search but I didn't get much feed back on LCR,only in s4 and mk4 golf's it's common.Thats why I'm asking on here

Out of curiosity, why didn't you stick with the standard dual mass fly wheel. They are smoother and don't chatter.

I changed the clutch cos the standard 1 was starting to slip and I'm getting a stage 2 remap and doing a few other bits to it aswell so I decided to upgrade it when I got the chance.are you still running the standard flywheel on yours?what was involved in upgrading to the hybrid k04?

I got a SMF as it was cheaper and lighter, giving the engine less inertia and better response.
Sounds as though you have gone too light with the fly wheel though if it is chattering lots?

There is a way to stop this chatter.
Fill your Gear Box oil above the fill level through the speedo cable port with up to 1L more oil.
This is supposed to stop this as advised by a VAG technician in the know on here;)
I have yet to try this but will do

Sorry mate what i meant was why didn't you use an uprated clutch on the standard dual mass flywheel.
There isn't much to installing the hybrid, i would recommend getting a decent custom remap to ensure that the fueling is correct and that the boost spike is kept under control. If mapped correctly your rods and clutch will be ok.

Sounds like something i would say ;)

im sure the chatter will stop when you put your foot on the clutch, this is normal noise

Ahh I see what you mean now,I picked it up wrong first,I was gonna get the sachs clutch with the standard DMF but jabbasport recommened the uprated flywheel aswell as it came as a whole kit.A few mates have the kits in their mk4 gti's and a pd150 both pushing over 200bhp so my mind was easily made it.i had the revo demo my car already so I'm thinking of going getting the stage 2 revo.would that work well with the hybrid?I'm pretty new to this so any suggestions welcome.
