yeah? Ahh, that explains some of my confusion then.

Pat's and my LC's were identical (bar engine) at one point - but that didn't stay for long as he then opted for different wheels, exhaust etc.

Today I managed to get around to fitting the LCR splitter to the front bumper. The previous owner had fitted one before, so I've reused the same screw holes as he did, and it's on nice and tight. I'm not sure on the positioning of the splitter, as to me I think it almost seems too far under the bumper, rather than on the leading edge, but this would be because the LCR bumper is flatter across the front than the ibiza is. I will leave it on for a while and see what I think.

I've also started spraying my rear ARB, brackets, and front strut brace:

Just waiting for these to dry so I can lacquer them, and then they'll be fitted when the suspension goes on.

I've cleaned up the rear spacers now, don't think I'm going to bother painting them as they look pretty good now.

Finally, I've updated my boost issue thread (http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?p=2619346#post2619346) with some tests that I've run today. If anyone can help or suggest things to try, I'd really appreciate it! :)

well - if I put a new £400-odd remap on, and the problem remained, I'd be 1 p*ssed off bloke!

I do have the Revo trial option - this would give me 5 hours of testing a different map. However, once it finishes, it'd revert to the Revo "standard" code, so effectively I'd lose my current remap, and still need to shell out for a new one :(

If there was a way I could copy my current map, stick the revo trial on, and put the current map back afterwards, I'd be very happy to go down this route.

Paul,
unless i'm very much mistaken regal will still have the map on file so should in theory be able to stick the map back on for you if you do the revo trial. maybe call them and ask?

Thanks Ed. I'm going to try Regal again this week and see if I can actually speak to Chris. Fingers crossed.

Forgot to mention earlier - I've got an Ibiza Boot tray/tidy that was a bit grubby, so I've cleaned it up and re-dyed it black to make it look like new. Unfortunately this picture doesn't do it justice - but here it is anyway:

And I've now cleaned the car inside and out, so took some better photos of the splitter:

thanks mate! I need to add some screws I think, or I might remove the splitter and cut off all of the plastic tabs that aren't in use because at some angles, when you see them, they look a bit silly. Might also make up a pair of spacers as has been done on here before to make it look tidier, not sure yet.
