OK I'll get the pipe replaced and see how it runs

Most carry planks of wood to just incase you need extra clearance........I wouldn't worry about a tow eye to be honest.

What pipe do you need to replace the one you've squashed?

2.5" pipe with a bend on the end mate, fits from the IC outlet to a silicon coupler, then there's a pipe from the coupler to the throttle body.

It's about a 30 degree bend. The coupler does most of the angle work between the two

I think I have a spare 45deg 2.5" pipe, got spare 90deg rubber bends to but there only short.

That would show if there's restrictions stopping the turbo from producing what it should, I suppose?

I'm abit pee'd off atm as I took the bumper off to do this thinking it wouldn't affect boost, and looks like it has.

The car accelerates nice if I gradually press the throttle, but put my foot down and this happens

Ok found something this evening, where the DV fits into the intake pipe, it wasn't secured fully, the DV was in at an angle so I presume there was a leak here? Would that affect boost though?
