i'm looking at lowering the Leon when i buy some wheels for it, wheel size wont change i dont think, i'll be buying 18s whatever the design is

just looking at ride heights, mine is an SE, so as standard ride height as you can get, i'd like it to sit nicely, but still be driveable on most roads, IE go over bumps with as little grief as possible

i've seen piccies of leons on here, but no specs on the lowering height / wheel size

so could you please help a leon brother out :), pic(s) and specs

Cheers
Chris

Chris, what exact information are you looking for?
Ride heights, wheel sizes, or what ride height and wheel size combo's look good?

i want to see a picture of different peoples cars, and what ride heights / wheel sizes they have

this isnt a performance car, more of a style car :)

sorry for not being clear

This is my 2003 LCR with 25mm drop with OEM LCR wheels.

For you car to get this drop you'll need -45 to -50mm springs and shocks

A bit lower than Willie's but not much. Maybe -30-35mm compared with oem

My 52plate leon cupra, don't know how much is was lowered by bu it sits with the front wheels in the arch slightly now it's settled. Lowered using KW V3's.

And is it driveable daily, over bumps etc?need it to look good and be as normal as it can.

The bilstein 60/40 kit seems to be getting my vote too :)

Yeah its not to bad at all really, damaged the splitter in the snow and I'm not stupid enough to try and get it round a multi story car park but apart from that its fine.

I still get in multi-storeys in mine now that my coilies are down as far as they go.. the Norwich ones aren't too bad.
