The plate actually replaces a valve which is bolted to the side of the cylinder head. This is where the secondary air is injected into exhaust port #4 (before the port leaves the head at the rear)

The up-pipe is removable I think..
but on the Leon the plate bolts direct to the head (using the original gasket).No the Leon doesn't have that up-pipe, the valve is bolted to the head.
what engine is that?
is the dv the wrong way round?

I have an LCR and I can't see where the SAI is at all. I know that on the LC it has a pipe that goes into the filter but there's no such thing on my car![]()

I think there must be one on the LCR because the other option is to much to bare.....DJP could be wrong.....noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo![]()
