vrs, tt, s3 etc are all exactley the same callipers, and all come with the same hoses. the only difference with the vrs callipers is they are green!

As i said when is sold them to you mate, i could never get the vrs, tt etc brake lines to mate up properly on my car. but if you read througth the posts, apparently all you need to do is is file down the 2,5 mm lug ( the bit that pokes out) and you should be fine.

Alternatively just get some custom hoses made up, theres plenty of places that do them, do a search on google, or ask some of the more knowledgble people on here.

Ok, I remembered you saying something like they needed slight modding but couldnt remember what bit, so the bit that wouldnt mate up to your car, was that hose to car or hose to caliper?

basically 312mm calipers can be fitted to a cupra
if the carages have a range of 4-6mm removed to make them align properly you then have to drill your brake disks to make them fit (which can be done with a simple pillar drill)
the cars that have 312mm brakes are (that i know of): Octavia VRS
Audi TT
Audi S3
Seat Sport Brakes

you also need the brake lines of which ever set of calipers you use and then they connect on the flandge

some machining on the carriers, 4x100 holes thru the disks and some new hoses?

thats a right bargain in my eyes!!! pretty tempted to get one of them setups myself, i know its a bit overkill on the 1.6 but they do look bloody mint!! so all i'd need to get them to fit would be 5mm wheel spacers and the correct brake lines?

personally i'd get the 4mm machined off the carriers...

and WAAAAAAAAAAY overkill on a 1.6, you can have my 280's cheap off me if i upgrade tho.

i've sourched a set of tt ones for mine for a 100 so why not im just waiting for a postage price to come back :D

they are overkill but better safe than sorry :) imo

daymi you just need to get 4mm machined off to make sure they fit then drill your disks and your away :)

edit: doesnt matter will just measure what i need to remove at the weekend as it seems to vary from person to person
