dunno if it helps you or the others but if you need a spacer instead of double head gaskets just let me know - been getting some free nights for practice on a cnc/laser and water cutter so could do with the excuse to practice
plus as a bonus the brackets i've been making so far just so happen to be required on the hot rod
yeh it's up and running mate, only problem is that i have had to have the front hubs and bearings done and while that was happening the CV joint was shagged, went to change it and it had corroded onto the driveshaft, now trying to source a driveshaft
havent driven it in aboot 3 weeks, had it running for 2 weeks before that

With that charger and engine spec, 10-11psi from 1500rpm to cutout. Pulleys are not STD. Designed around max engine revs and estimated compressor map from Eaton.
I know it's kind of an old thread now but just wondered if you got it all sorted (driveshafts and that) and back on the road?
Wud be great to see some figures n see how it compares with my APK M45 chharged Golf MK4!
