I purchased my car second hand. The previous owner stated they wanted the kit fitting when they ordered the car, but as any UK car the kit is fitted at port of entry. It came with the exhaust trim etc. It is a genuine part, but there are 3 part numbers for the same bumper. Linear R part number, K1 part number and Reference Sport part number. I do not know which of those mine is.

So to summarise, yes it's genuine Seat. It was fitted either by Seat UK or Ted Johnson when the vehicle was brand new.
