If i'm not mistaken Danny, your actuator box has a green sticker on it which indicates it came with a green spring which is the same as the stock one which is an actuator operating range of 5 -9 psi.

Noooooo not a failbryid
lol, at the next major RR event i'm going to bundle you into my lcr and give you an education in hybrid power, you'll need a nappy though as you'll **** yourself in delight as we embrace one Gforce after another in a man love type of way and then you'll lite me a cigarette telling me how good the ride was and it did it for you. later i'll see you ringing Bill to book yourself in for the hybrid treatment.

You will have to take me out at a event we both at aswell wildwilly as I would like to see the difference. I've been in two other hybrids and compared to mine I wasn't impressed at the hybrids. Prove me wrong :)

Is my actuator a T2 or T3?

can't Believe ive fitted it and its on a stock pissing spring..
Its T2 danny, but relax. I'll refit my green spring today to show you what its capable of. The work is in fitting the actuator bracket. Only takes me 15mins to take the actual actuator off to replace springs etc.

OOFftt What a night...

Me & my Mate Finally started on my 3'' Tip and ive desided to make it all out of Mild steel...With a Straigh 76mm To 50mm Coulpler to Minimize the Silicone as much as possible...

Only had a few hours tonight to make a start so got the S shape Done and fitting snut and the maf and filter to be straight as much as possible...

O and im Pure **** @ welding thats the gosble truth so my mate has been doing most of the fabing up..

Pictures to follow soon.

Bill: I was told i need a Yellow Spring Thats what John and a few others are using.

hmmm. well i run 9psi and its better for it.. 9psi opening pressure aka actuator boost pressure.
stronger springs often cause spiking

51mm od danny

check with your mapper of choice on this actuator crack pressure, or use mbc/ebc to control the spike.

Out of interest can alloy be Welded?

Ive got a Tig/mig welder but im guessing this wont do..

Is it a Blowtorch and ally filler Job?it to join the 2 bends together

The Reason me asking is that ive got 2 x alloy bends...and paid good money for them and i need to weld in the ports for the dv and other parts...

Any advice?

But its Massive compared to the Forge One...

Does anyone now what i could use for the Ports and it has to be alloy not Steel sadly
