Hey Guys

After much fluctuating on boost on, esp full throttle on load, changing the standard N75 valve for a new one has pretty much solved the issue.

Car seems to pull alot more smoothly now.

THE UPDATE: NEW TPS PART NO.

TPS who i think are nationwide have now changed the part number of the standard N75 F valve to this: 06A 906 283 E

Thought id let you guys know as the N75 seems to be a common thing that fails after these LCRs are mapped.

Hope this helps.

Vin

totally agree, my n75 failed after a map,

same issue, under boost in 4th and 5th fluctuating boost, new n75 , sorted, :)

Good stuff man, I still get it veeerry slightly, but nothing to really complain about, its only on like mega load ie 40mph in 4th then pedal to the metal.

So much happier mind, ive saved me a trip to JBS in Chesterfield who did my Stage 1 CC Map, which im well happy with. Car still pulls like a train, but alot more smoothly. Done everything possible now parts wise for smoother Boost. Changed DV Spring to Yellow, Cleaned out throttle body, new MAF a while back and new N75.

If it does start happening again, i will take a trip up there at some point.

Whas you getting like a slight judder when coming onto boost say in 3rd or 4th under load? That's what I seem to get. It's tho the boost stutters for a split second.

How much are TPS charging for the N75 now?

awesomes is a race valve and puts some cars into limp mode..

its nearlly half the price retail..

old number retails £61.63 + vat
new number retails £36.70 + vat

however the old number is still available so if you want it cheap make sure to quote the new number otherwise you will get the old one at full dollar..

The prices are bang on. I was suprised too. When i went in first and got a price it was £61 etc but they had none in (thank god lol). Which was good because when i went in the following day it was £38!!

To be honest, i first thought they had made a mistake but i kept quiet anyhow.

Strange though, dont know how theyve managed to do the valve so cheap??
