Good to hear your happy with the car mate. Really like this build. What you thinking for next? Continue with power or a bit more handling perhaps?

Personally I'd do the same mate. Tyres are the big one, many underrate how important tyres really are
 
With regards to g's and 300bhp, probee logged around 240g's on his standard K04 didn't he?

How's the new manifold going mate?

hybrids do achieve 300bhp with airflows to support it.. just dont go expecting 220g/s to manage it in real life tho

3 x hybrids have all broken the 300bhp level on my dyno ;)

Failbrid will be some time later IRRC but i might get meth yet...

Ive been searching for a LCR wheel as i dont have a spare...What other wheels fit over the brembos and are the same size in the vag range?

aint Payin £130 for a LCR wheel
 
wow man, just realised you've got a Leon and not an ibiza now, what brought the change about and more importantly, do you like it?Aint been on here in months cuz the cars been off the road gettin work done. Had a quick flick through your thread again and its lookin good. Goin for silly power again are we? lol but 52 pages of posts was too much for me to read hahaha!
Still got your old GTX2 setup and its now on its third rebuild lol. I think ill be goin easy on it this time round.
 
gettin my meth bought tmoz danny. then il get my braces fitted. that will be it for the power for now tho i think. not that much more after meth that i can do power wise. be really good to see what yours does on the dyno with the manifold on the, cant wait for the result :)

My cars been at my mates garage other the last few days having bit done....But theres a few niggles i need to sort out if anyone can help me out..

1x my LCr wheel seems to be going down over a few days now i know its not the tyres but the wheel has a slight hair line crack in it can it be repaired via alloy welding ect...

2x is i renewed the exhaust and manifold gaskets on the car but its slightly blowing on the middle of the manifold i can get the nuts on full to tighten it up...Is there a washer i can buy to shorten the lenght of the thread so the nut doesnt hit the cast..

It will work out well. I believe in my products regardless of what slagging may occur on here. I have never left any of you members hanging and I do not intend to either.

What was posted about us was extremely hurtful. Bill can update posts all he likes , he can egg on people all he wants but the reality is and the fact still remains , we develop products and we stand by them. If they fail we go back to the drawing board and improve them.

We are not difficult to work with , ask anyone who has worked with us but come at us ready for battle then we will have our shields up. Dannie came to me and asked me to run the manifold knowing the issues. He has been a long time customer and I will support him the same way I supported any of you new customers and if the manifold cracks then so be it , he gets a replacement and life goes on.
