Danny this is a bit of a random move as everyone else is staying clear of these till the 'issues' are sorted out.
I'd be interested on hearing the thoughts behind ceramic coating the sealing faces, very strange!!
Are these coated inside and out?

The one that welly had was cracked.which was uncoated I'm showing that a ina coated manifold will work as it has worked for the USA lot.im not sayin anything more on it as the old issue has nothing todo with my build thread.

And yes its ceramic coated throughout.

thats a screened maf your running danny with that airflow? got to be the highest g/s seen on a stock k04 turbo.. awesome.

good luck with that manifold... will be interesting to see how it fares..

Ye mate, when ever you can will be great. I thinking about running the same setup as you but wanted to see how you have plumbed all yours together.

215g.s I think.

But I havnet done any actual vs requested yet but I think my PCv pipe under the manifold is split.with no lag both mbc and manifold are working rather dabba tbh.

Its back in for a rr'd day on the 29th January but been speaking to tuning company from the states who have been testing a gt2871r internals in a k04.they tryes with the gt2860r which has work well.

Carl:
What's you personal view on de-screening the maf I think with my mods ever little helps.

Since Bill Dynoed Welly's with both screened and unscreened i'm a little sceptical but welly's is largeport and a different ecu arrangement so maybe inconclusive. i do recommend the MOFO maff tube though but you will need to adjust fueling using unisettings. I'd leave it a while until you know what contribution the exhaust mani has made.
