Update:
I thought I killed her last night.
Some div parked in the road, so had to go around him (single lane with on coming traffic)
went round BANG + Metal SCRAPEEEEEEEEE in the middle.
Shat myself! parked up, went back to have a look, was them illuminated box things (with an arrow on it) but was removed, but massive metal sticking out the ground (about 4inches, about 2 inches wide).
I went over it, as it wasn't lit at all on the street and pitch dark, it scraped BAD under.
Jacked it up, got torch, looked under, sump and all the vitals seemed fine, no oil or any liquid leaking.
So drove around, heard some weird noises, so pulled over, and finally found the cause.
Where the undertray would attach to the "side plastic bits" it attaches to the base of the subframe (where the wishbones come out from) and it shattered the bolt, and the plastic was flapping about.
Nursed it home, and today tie-clipped it, and will be looking for a replacement, but I doubt it will be attached back to the subframe, as that bolt is well and truly chewed up.
Soooo glad it was nothing, as it could of been so much more, and thank GOD I had engine spacers, or bye bye Mr. Sump.
Thing is, a standard corsa did the exact same thing after me, that div who parked there got abused as he was in the chippy by Corsa man, like he deserved parking on double yellows![Furious [:@] [:@]](/forums/styles/seatcupra/oldforumsmileys/furious.gif)
