Took my fr for service and cambelt at awesome knowing i would be paying around £500 all in. Then the dreaded phone call of AL 1 hour later,
Bushes need replacing on front ( cant afford them yet)
rear dampers leaking both being replaced.
Exhaust bracket needs welding.
Fitting my hids
Air con pollen filter , rear indicator bulbs oil flush.
Totalling nearly 900 squids i feel sick all of a sudden

I never thought some bushes would be well over 200 quid. It was 237 or 277 not sure which, he said if i dont replace them soon my tyres would have slight uneven tread wear. 66quid to weld a bracket on exhaust lol
Lol diamond encrusted weld i believe . im not to bothered id rather have a awesome stamp in my service book than a main dealer lol 50 quid to fit my hids too . Pick her back up in morning
Still not managed to put any pics up of her yet, havent got a comp just i phone struggling a bit , i have photbucket but still cant work it out lol

Havent done anything as of yet. But i made a good purchase of a guy on here who had other plans.
Bought a k04 hybrid, ina ceramic coated high flow manifold and bosch 550cc injectors. Turbo with this spec.
. New turbine housing ported & flowed with enlarged & ported wastegate
. New Standard Turbine wheel
. Uprated thrust bearing & stepped gap seals
. Billet K06 compressor wheel with coldside machined to suit. Be recieving it next week, then it myt be a trip to badger5 or awsome gti

Just tried to fit Samco top turbo hoses that I bought used off eBay. And one dose not fit, arse, I hate eBay, grrrrr!
