having read through the dials guide i have a question. since the smd's used are white are the red sections achieved via the dial mat itself (red ink)?
 
that is mint mate, id love to try it, but dont trust myself soldering :(
anyone in ireland who can do this? lol, =p

While this thread is up and to all the people asking, I am looking for my guides amongst my endless amount of files to re-upload somewhere. Bear with me its be almost 2 years since I done it lol
 
hey mate sorry to be a pain but this looks amazing and i would love to do it but the guides arent comming up just says message is not there any more :S any way of getting them up again
 
I've started doing mine, not too hard atall although very small! Any ideas how to strip the clocks?

To strip the clocks its literally just get them out the dash carefully and unclip section by section.

When I done mine I had to solder the SMD in a specific way as the SMD in white that I had where not bright enough so I had to get a different design one and solder it upright.

Get some pictures up once done mate :)

Can't find the other pics but I've now done all door switches, the headlight switch (LEDs) all dash switches, full centre console... Just need to do the clocks now!!!
