I have just replaced mine on my pd 160 Cupra with the uprated forge pipe it has a spring clip that holds the pipe into the turbo and two lugs on the pipe my clips where worn along with the lugs on the pipe do I'd say yours is the same

Is this the one? Looks like it anyway. Going to pop into the SEAT dealer tomorrow and see how much a normal one is, but might be worth the extra £ for the forge one?

Was also looking at this pipe, a worthwhile mod?

I think the seat one is about the same price to behonest the forge pipe has a larger inside diameter than the standerd one also

No u need to buy new seals from seat I and advise buying new once becasuse my old seals where quite hard competed to the new onces I brought

Bought the forge one, shall get the seals and clips tomorrow. £95 inc delivery, shall ask tomorrow how much the OEM one is.

Edit, also, anyone got an exploded diagram with part no's for the seals etc? Will be much easier at the desk!

Just a quick video of the noise too:

The part number for the two green seals from the pipe straight off the turbo only is 3c0145117 price is £3.89 each and part number for the clips for the same pipe is 1j045769 £1.17 each and u need to add vat to that also. The reason I said for that pipe only is because some of the other pipes have different sized clips and seals

Got the seals and clips ordered, though the part diagram only showed one seal? Standard pipe was £80, the forge one was £95 delivered so not too bad really. Those part numbers are spot on too, cheers.

Fitted the new hose today, much better fit, nice and secure.

However, the noise is still there, seems I did not find the "leak"

Any ideas what else it might be? Coming from around the turbo anyway.

Well this sounds the same thing as my car has like a whistle sound coming from the turbo area I have cheaked all my boost hoses exhaust system etc and still unable to find anything else leaking but I was looking into this last Sunday and I sorced the sound actually to the turbo making the sound god knows why an if it is faultly am just going to leve it till the day it gives up due to I have no lack of power etc
