Don't know if I'll be home mate but it does sound tempting lol! Ross told me he was nearly eating dashboard haha
No interior, all rear seat mounts etc are removed, plastic windows, no airbags, no aircon, wiring stripped back, smaller battery etc. it's fairly lightweight already
It's purely a track car these days. But it's still road legal, just in case I fancy a blast in it.
Last check was 286bhp. But I'm planning on having a few tweaks to the map soon and some more power. Aim for now is to get as close to a ton as possible

I wouldn't worry too much it's quite tame really. I was rudely awakened from my slumber, 6 laps in last time, by him crying like a girl and heading for the grush at the end of the straight, sideways with only 3 brakes, at high speed.
Also made a fixing for my tow strap. Not fitted yet as I'm in the middle of making a new grill

I'm going to hazard a guess at cut the original tow hook down, drilled a hole through and put a bolt through the strap?
Never thought of doing that, so simple, just need to decide on the colour of the tow strap now
The simple solutions are always the best
Yup, what bolt did you use to secure the strap to the tow eye bolt, imagine it needs to be quite strong to take the weight if its ever used
Yeah the 8.8's can take a great deal of abuse! Use them all the time on site. Take it an 8mm would be pushing it for space a bit?

Nah you'd get a 12mm in it if u wanted. I just had an 8mm bit in my drill lol.
