Hey dude, hope you had a good Xmas!
Not really been on here very much recently as using another Forum more these days.
I still haven't got the brakes on the car yet as there's no real point over the Winter. The new wheels won't be going on till the weather is better either as I'm just going to use them for Summer wheels!
Was debating heading across to the Awesome day mate but just can't justify the drive! I'm guessing your heading over mate?

Went into town yesterday and met up with a mate with a lovely Ed30 GTI. I had recently collected some alloys for him when i was down south and it was time to get them on his car. Once they were fitted I drove off with some lovely new 19" OZ Ultralagerra's in Crystal Titanium. Not going to fit them to the car until the weather is better as just want to use them for Summer wheels.
Fastest Ed30 in town...........
New rims, a little dirty as taken straight off the car but still looking good!
Was thinking about getting them finished in Anthracite or gloss black but I actually think the Crystal Titanium will look good now!

Keeping the old wheels and using them for winters and maybe for battering round track. Know they're heavy but can't really be arsed to fork out a load more for track wheels when I only do a couple a year! Were you interested in them?

You've got a good memory dude!I'm so happy with the wheels mate, they've recently (last month) been cleaned, clayed and sealed by Deepshine Detailing in Lincoln so should be a doddle to clean back up again once I get two minutes!
The new wheels look great. Please don't do them in gloss black. It totally hides the details of the alloys a d looks bad lol.

With the Winter months setting in (and after some advice from a friend) in booked my car in to have a Winter Protection applied to the motor back at the start of December by Adi @ Deepshine Detail.

After a full wash, clay and cleanse (had to Iron X the whole car
) he treated it to a full treatment of Werkstat's Acrylic System along with a layer of Collinite 476s thrown in for good measure!
I can't wait till the Spring time to get my new wheels on the car and get it back to Adi for its Enhancement Detail!
For anyone around the Lincon area I cannot recommend Adi enough!
