Do like them in white one of my favourite colours for the Mk2's.
Yeah can't beat a candy white mk2 you thought about white wheels?
Before I had the wheels refurbed I did think about itmate,but they are a nightmare to keep them looking good so went with the custom anthracite.
Yeah to be fair all the ones I've seen have just been a mega cheap job. So not using the best paints and process no doubt plays a huge part in how well they last.
My white wheels were powder coated then lacquered twice and the dirty just run off them
Bet that makes a good difference being double lacquered. On mine I use poorboys wheel sealant and helps loads when it comes to cleaning them
Im a bit like that at the moment but I recieved a loba hpfp through the post the other day so once the exhaust arrives and is fitted it would seem rude not to get a fmic and go stage two plus but at the same time stage one feesl brilliant to me,so even the small difference the hpfp and exhaust will make will make me even happier.

Good effort Al nice choice, will no doubt get the Loba pump in the near future
IMO they are a better purchase than the Autotec internals as it's a complete new pump with the cam follower so win win I think.
Where did you get it from mate and how much if you don't mind me asking? Have seen they are £580 on Samtech performance but believe Kris will do a better price over the phone.
Think stage2 will be enough for me.
Going to order a set of H&R's soon to improve the handling and looks.
It seemed the right thing to do going loba as I don't believe in cheaper products being as good.
Believe it or not I got it on eBay as there is someone selling them on there for £550 delivered and that's the best price I've seen them it come the next day too.
I fitted the pump this morning and the difference is great feels so smooth now and has ironed out a very small flat spot I had.
Can really feel the difference up top too just keeps pulling and feels silky smooth the car just feels really happy now.

Yes I love them in white mate, think they look smart in black also, but everyone i looked at were battered.
Still have a soft spot for the Mk1's. You've got yours looking mega as I've mentioned before. Would love one as a track car but simply haven't got the space to keep one

Met up with Andy (Clazzer) today as he wanted to hear the BCS to see if it loud enough for him. He was more than happy with it so isn't going to change his order for the 5" silencer.

Good to meet you too mate, appreciate you taking time out to let me have a listen. Hopefully put some more faces to names in future meets later in the year, I'm sure I'll have the TBE fitted by then. No more text messages like the last one I promise! And all that after only one date...lol
