Yeah lookers in Stockport. I did a lease as worked out better on 20k miles allowance per annum. Went for 5 door, ice silver and the black sub 8 alloys and nowt else. Very well specced as standard. 1100 down and 370 pm.
First pic I've had chance to take of the 290. An absolute hoot to drive and somehow getting 32 mpg already, not hanging around either
Best colour by far I have no idea when people talk about cheap interiors , cheap plastics. Collected mine yesterday and delighted with the car. The switches, plastics are the same that's used in VW and Audi. For some reason I'm thinking the seats in my car are better than the ones in the 280 I test drove. I went for black/black leather and the quality is top notch which was something I thought wasn't up to par for some reason. I may be talking through my backside though!

Picked up mine last Friday and have been using shell v power nitro 99 Ron fuel and it's been very smooth and already getting 32 mpg and I have not been hanging about either. I wouldn't use the cheap stuff in an engine like this. Anyway, enjoy the cupra, I'm absolutely loving mine, it's a real character!

Welcome Liam, 3 months here also. Worth the wait!
Yep, sounds like you're enjoying the new car! What tyres did yours come with? Mine came with continental sc 5's and yes there is some wheel spin, even had traction control come on in 4th gear a few times, but unless absolutely mashing the throttle I have found traction is no problem. It's a seriously well set up car and feels very light on its feet, safe and happy motoring fella!

Ordered 290 on Dec1 2015, supposed to have been mid march now its week 17

I genuinely would be extremely annoyed should that be the wait. I would expect some form of compensation if it were over the 12 weeks quoted! Absolutely ludicrous wait for a car!

What is the cause of the delay? what country are you based in? Took SEAT less than 7 weeks to build and deliver my 290. That wait is unacceptable
