Ok so last September my 2010 cupra suffered timing chain jump and has damaged piston and valve, at first I thought about breaking for parts, but I love this car too much
It's limette as well and not seen another on the road leading me to believe it might be a rare colour,
Now I'm wondering, would it be better to rebuild the whole engine or would forging certain parts get it up and runnning again
Been told conflicting things by many people
Ideas?
Thanks

why not get a complete engine with warranty from a scrapper. It would probably cost more to rebuild than swap the engine.
